Nebraska...east central Wyoming...south central Wyoming and
southeast Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

Scattered thunderstorms this afternoon will have the potential to
produce strong, gusty winds and lightning with limited rainfall.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

Moisture will return to the High Plains on Wednesday, leading
to the potential for some strong thunderstorms in the afternoon
and evening.
