...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN NIOBRARA AND
NORTHEASTERN CONVERSE COUNTIES THROUGH 400 PM MDT...

At 307 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 13
miles northeast of Converse County Airport, or 16 miles north of
Douglas, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Douglas, Bill, Dull Center, Converse County Airport, and Manning
Ranch.

This includes Interstate 25 in Wyoming between mile markers 137 and
142.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM MDT for
east central Wyoming.
