Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

River forecasts include observed precipitation plus forecast
precipitation through Sunday morning.

* WHERE...The Des Moines River at Fort Dodge, or from the municipal
  power dam to Lehigh.

* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water affects some residences in Lehigh
  and may affect Riverside Dr in northern Webster County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 7.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    Sunday afternoon and continue rising to a crest of 15.4 feet
    Wednesday evening.
  - Flood stage is 10.5 feet. Moderate Flood Stage is x ft. 0 1
