...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of north central Iowa, including the following
  counties, Cerro Gordo and Hancock.

* WHEN...Until 100 PM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 641 AM CDT, Heavy rain has ended across the area, but
    flooding is ongoing and waters will be slow to recede this
    morning.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Mason City, Garner, Britt, Nora Springs, Rockwell, Clear
    Lake, Mason City Municipal Airport, Eagle Lake, Ventura,
    Kanawha, Klemme, Thornton, Corwith, Meservey, Swaledale, Rock
    Falls, Goodell, Duncan, Dougherty and Burchinal.
