This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Scattered thunderstorm chances will return on Tuesday with a
Marginal Risk of severe storms in northern Iowa with strong wind
gusts and marginally severe hail possible. A Slight Risk of
severe storms is in place across northern Iowa on Wednesday with
damaging winds and hail concerns. Additional storms are forecast
into Thursday with some severe weather possible as well although
details will be determined over the next couple of days.

Heat also builds into the middle of this week with heat index
values approaching 100 in southern Iowa by Thursday.
