A thunderstorm complex extending from Saginaw to Metro Detroit is
producing gusty southwest winds on Saginaw Bay. Wind gusts up to 30
knots will be possible through 8 AM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds up to 30 knots and locally higher
waves. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm
passes.
