Southeast winds have started to subside, but will continue gusting
to 40 knots in the wake of this morning`s thunderstorms. Gusts are
expected to subside below 34 knots around 1230 PM EDT.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.
