...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Harbor Beach to Port Sanilac MI...
  Lake Huron from Harbor Beach to Port Sanilac 5NM Off Shore to
  US/Canadian border...

At 941 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds up to 33 knots and small hail. This
thunderstorm was located 12 nm southeast of Harbor Beach, moving
east at 25 knots.

The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds up to 30 knots, locally higher waves,
and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately
until this storm passes.
