This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...REST OF TONIGHT

Scattered to isolated thunderstorms will continue across the area
overnight, especially south of Interstate 80. There is still some
chance that a few of these storms may be strong to severe with
damaging winds and hail. However, a more prominent threat will be
torrential rainfall and possible flash flooding. A Flash Flood
Watch remains in effect for areas south of Highway 30 through
early Wednesday morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

Thunderstorms are possible Friday through Saturday and again on Monday.
However, it is too early to determine the severe threat.

Spotter activation may still be needed overnight especially south
of Interstate 80.

GENERAL STORM MOTION OF THE NIGHT: East to southeast 20 to 30 MPH.
