At 707 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a slow-moving thunderstorm over Camanche, or near Clinton, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Heavy Rain and Minor flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Slowing or redirecting of traffic due to ponding water. Closure of waterfront access due to flooding. Locations impacted include...
