...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 PM CDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN BUCHANAN AND WESTERN DELAWARE COUNTIES...

At 359 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Quasqueton, or 9 miles southeast of Independence,
moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is
         likely.

This dangerous storm will be near...
  Masonville, Winthrop Golf Course, Monti, and Coffins Grove Park
  around 405 PM CDT.
  Manchester, Manchester Airport, and Delaware County Fairgrounds
  around 410 PM CDT.

Other locations in the path of this tornadic thunderstorm include
Dundee, Baileys Ford Park, Delaware, Delhi and Turtle Creek Park.
