* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Low-lying areas along the river begin to
  flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 4:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 28.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 28.1
    feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this
    afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 28.0 feet.

  floods.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 24.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this morning to a crest of 26.0 feet this evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight.
  - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
