The National Weather Service in Pleasant Hill has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Western Pettis County in central Missouri...
  Lafayette County in west central Missouri...
  Johnson County in west central Missouri...

* Until 1130 PM CDT.

* At 1038 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Concordia to near Wellington, moving south at
  35 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
           tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
           roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include...
  Warrensburg, Odessa, Higginsville, Knob Noster, Concordia, Holden,
  Whiteman Air Force Base, Wellington, Green Ridge, Corder, Alma,
  Kingsville, Mayview, Whiteman Afb, Lake Lafayette, Centerview,
  Emma, Napoleon, Bates City, and Aullville.

This includes Interstate 70 in Missouri between mile markers 31 and
62.
