.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Moderate northerly wind
has started to build in the outer waters this afternoon. Strong
northerly winds will continue to build through Thursday. Gusts on
Thursday are locally forecasted up to 35 kts focused in the
northern outer waters with steep chaotic seas up to 10 feet. Steep
waves over 6 feet will gradually bleed into the inner waters
later in the week, mostly around Cape Mendocino. These strong
winds will persist into the weekend.
