.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Strong northerly winds
with gusts to 40 kt will decrease in coverage in the northern
outer waters through tonight. These strong north winds will
continue to create steep chaotic seas up to 13 feet tonight. Steep
waves will also propagate into the inner waters, mostly in the
northern inners. Strong northerly winds will persist through the
weekend, then significantly weaken early next week.
