.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Moderate northerly
winds will build behind the cold front by Wednesday afternoon
into Thursday with gusts up to 25 kts throughout the outer waters
and steep short period seas building back near 10 feet in the
outer waters. Some steeper waves above 6 feet will bleed into the
inner waters, mostly around Cape Mendocino. Strong winds will
persist into the weekend.
