.DISCUSSION...West to northwest winds are forecast to strengthen
this afternoon. Minimum RH`s are expected to range between
15 and 25% this afternoon in Lake, Trinity and interior Mendocino
counties. Locally poor RH recoveries around 30% to 50% will likely
continue for the next several days over exposed ridges, while
moderate to good recoveries are expected again tonight at lower
elevations with RH values in the 40 to 60% range. Lighter
NE winds develop in eastern Trinity and eastern Lake county
Monday morning, dropping RH values into the low teens across
most of Lake, Trinity and interior Mendocino tomorrow.
