This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for South-Central Texas..

.DAY ONE...Today And Tonight.

Maximum heat index values of 103 to 107 degrees are forecast this
afternoon along and east of the the I-35 corridor, with a few
locations up to 109 degrees across the Coastal Plains. Those
spending extended time outdoors could be susceptible to heat
related illness if not taking proper heat precautions, such as
drinking plenty of water and taking frequent breaks out of the sun
and heat.

Otherwise, no hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Maximum heat index values of 105 to 110 degrees are forecast each
afternoon for the Coastal Plains and portions of the I-35
corridor and Rio Grande Plains. There remains a potential for Heat
Advisories for parts of south central Texas Tuesday through
Sunday.
