.DISCUSSION...
No significant fire weather concerns are expected in northern
or central Georgia through Friday. Winds will be from the east
today and Friday. Peak speeds in the 8 to 12 mph range and
occasional gusts near 20 mph should occur both days. Humidity
values will remain modest for June with afternoon minimums in
the 35 to 45 percent range today and Friday. Mixing heights
will approach 6000 ft AGL this afternoon and Friday afternoon.
Easterly transport winds of 10 to 20 mph are expected through
Friday evening. Isolated thunderstorms are expected in central
Georgia after 2 PM Friday.
