.DISCUSSION...Easterly winds gusting to 20 mph will continue this
afternoon. Light, mostly easterly winds are expected tonight. On
Thursday, easterly winds will be slightly lighter than today, but
gusts to near 17 mph are possible during the afternoon. Minimum
relative humidity values will be near 40 percent this afternoon and
again Thursday afternoon.

Patchy, light fog is possible around daybreak near ponds (visibility
5 miles or greater). Any fog should develop after 4 AM and burn off
by 8 AM. Otherwise, no fog is expected.
