...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of south central
Rockdale, central Henry, north central Butts and southwestern Newton
Counties through 1130 PM EDT...

At 1105 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was near Flippen, or near
McDonough, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Up to 40 mph wind, pea sized hail and frequent cloud to
         ground lightning.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect minor damage to tree limbs and blowing around of
         light, unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
McDonough, Stockbridge, Ola, Flippen, Fincherville, Kelleytown, Oak
Hill, Rocky Plains, Eagles Landing, Blacksville, and Magnet.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People outdoors should seek shelter immediately. If you can hear
thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning.
