Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota.

There is a level 1 out of 5 risk for isolated severe thunderstorms
this afternoon into early evening. The main hazards will be large
hail up to 2 inches in size and wind gusts up to 70 mph. An
isolated tornado is also possible.
