* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Most of the floodplain through the center
  of Spencer is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 10.3 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:00 AM CDT Monday was 10.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.0
    feet tomorrow evening.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
