  Big Sioux River at Brandon affecting Lyon, Lincoln and Minnehaha
  Counties.

...Observed flooding changed from Moderate to Major severity for the
following rivers in South Dakota...Minnesota...

  Big Sioux River at Sioux Falls Western Ave affecting Lincoln and
  Minnehaha Counties.

  Split Rock Creek below Jasper affecting Minnehaha, Rock and
  Pipestone Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
