.DISCUSSION...

KEY MESSAGES:

- Warm and dry conditions last through Wednesday. A more active
  weather pattern begins Wednesday night.

- A cold front Thursday night will bring a more significant
chance for rain through the weekend.

WEATHER PATTERN OVERVIEW:

Most morning storms will exit the area by 5AM this morning.

Zonal flow takes over today through Tuesday with dry conditions
and slightly above average temperatures being the main impact. A
quick moving ridge moves through on Wednesday. This will be followed
by a trough moving into the Pacific Northwest and arriving
Thursday night in the form of a cold front. This will keep things
unsettled with rain and thunderstorm chances beginning Wednesday
night, becoming significant thursday night, and lasting into the
weekend.

FORECAST CONFIDENCE & DEVIATIONS:

Daytime winds for today were bumped up slightly through the
afternoon and into the evening using a blend of the NBM90/NBM.
