...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN BUFFALO...
SOUTHWESTERN SHERMAN AND NORTHEASTERN DAWSON COUNTIES THROUGH 845 PM
CDT...

At 808 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles southwest of Mason City to Sumner to
near Lexington. Movement was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Sumner and Miller around 815 PM CDT.
  Litchfield around 825 PM CDT.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 229 and 232.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
south central and central Nebraska.
