...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHERN YORK...NORTHEASTERN
HAMILTON...MERRICK...SOUTHERN POLK...SOUTHERN HOWARD AND NORTHERN
HALL COUNTIES THROUGH 1115 PM CDT...

At 1034 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Central City to near Archer to near St.
Libory to Howard City. Movement was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Central City, Dannebrog, Hordville, and Archer around 1040 PM CDT.
  Palmer and Polk around 1045 PM CDT.
  St. Paul around 1050 PM CDT.

Other locations in the path of these storms include Clarks,
Stromsburg and Osceola.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
south central, central and east central Nebraska.
