.DISCUSSION...Deep subtropical moisture remains in place today
with widespread showers and storms expected. Some storms will be
capable of producing excessive rain, large hail and strong gusty
winds. Look for a slight downturn in storm coverage on Friday but
more-so on Saturday as weak high pressure builds in. The next
push of subtropical moisture arrives Sunday and will impact the
area through early next week. Temperatures will be near normal
today and Friday before warming again this weekend.
