This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska...
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

A Heat Advisory is in effect for Graham and Norton counties for heat
indices up to 106 degrees.

Isolated thunderstorms are possible from around 4 PM CDT through
sunset for locations generally east of a line from near Oberlin to
Leoti. If thunderstorms develop, they could become severe with large
hail and damaging outflow winds the primary hazards.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...

Wednesday and Thursday will see thunderstorms move through the area
from the west during the late afternoon through overnight hours. Large
hail will be the primary hazard initially before turning into a
damaging wind threat. Locally excessive rainfall may also accompany
the thunderstorms.
