Regional Weather Summary for the High Plains

The High Plains observed dry conditions after the overnight to
early Sunday morning rain showers ended. As of 4 AM MDT (5 AM
CDT), temperatures ranged from 40 degrees in Burlington, Colorado
to 52 degrees in McCook, Nebraska.

OUTLOOK... Dry conditions are anticipated across the region
through the early evening hours. Afternoon high temperatures are
expected to be in the mid to upper 70s. Overnight into Tuesday
morning, a few sprinkles of rain will be possible along and
northeast of a Yuma to Goodland to Gove line. Overnight lows will
be in the upper 70s to the lower 50s. Once the sprinkles come to
an end, a long period of dry conditions is anticipated into early
next week.
