...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN RAWLINS AND
NORTHWESTERN DECATUR COUNTIES THROUGH 1030 PM CDT...

At 956 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Herndon, or 15 miles northwest of Oberlin, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Herndon around 1000 PM CDT.
