The fog may be locally dense in a few spots across north-central Wisconsin. Runoff from recent heavy rains will cause many rivers and streams to rise, with localized flooding possible. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Sunday Runoff from recent rains will cause some rivers and streams to continue to rise into the middle of next week. There is an increasing chance of severe storms Monday night. Damaging winds, large hail and heavy rainfall will be the main threats.
