...THE SPECIAL MARINE WARNING IS CANCELLED...

The affected areas were...
  Nearshore and Open Waters from Holland to Grand Haven MI...

The thunderstorm has moved out of the area between Holland and Grand
Haven, and no longer poses a significant threat to boaters to the
south of Grand Haven. The Special Marine Warning is canceled from
Holland to Grand Haven, and remains in effect until 200 PM EDT for
Muskegon to Whitehall.

...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 200 PM EDT...

For the following areas...
  Nearshore and Open Waters from Grand Haven to Whitehall MI...

At 125 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Mona Lake
Channel, moving northeast at 30 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

SOURCE...Marine weather station.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

The strong thunderstorm will affect Mona Lake and Muskegon Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain in safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.
