...PATCHY DENSE FOG THIS MORNING...

Patchy dense fog, reducing visibility to 1/4 mile or less, is
expected across portions of the western Carolinas this morning.
Motorists traveling along I-40 through western North Carolina,
I-77 through the Piedmont, as well as other roads and highways
across the region, should be prepared for sudden deterioration in
visibility. Slow down, use low beam headlights, and allow for
extra distance between yourself and other vehicles if dense fog is
encountered. The fog should lift by 1000 AM.
