Southerly winds and building seas will continue conditions hazardous
to small craft today into this evening. A cold front crosses the
waters this evening bringing the threat of strong thunderstorms over
the waters followed by winds shifting out the northwest. High
pressure then builds over the waters for Monday through mid week.
