...NWS Damage Survey Confirms Tornado in Dublin, New Hampshire on
June 23rd...

.Overview...
A supercell thunderstorm traversed southern New Hampshire during
the afternoon and evening hours of June 23rd.  A National Weather
Service survey team confirmed a tornado touchdown in Dublin
New Hampshire associated with this storm.  The survey crew continues
to examine damage reports across southern New Hampshire and this
statement will be updated with additional details...including if
any other tornado touchdowns occurred.

Survey Summary: The National Weather Service survey team identified
dozens of snapped white pine trees with uprooted maples and oaks
also noted.  While no significant structural damage was observed...
some shingle damage to a roof was observed as well as a truck being
briefly lifted and moved along the ground.
