.DISCUSSION...Moderate to fresh easterly trade winds will prevail
through Wednesday, decline Thursday, then become variable Friday or
Saturday. A disturbance aloft will produce a slight chance of
thunderstorms this morning, though most should remain off to the
southwest. An area of showers and thunderstorms will develop
southeast of the area Thursday into Saturday, but at this time, it
does not look to move over the atoll.
