Easterly winds will continue to decrease over the weekend while
temperatures slowly rise. Highs will reach the upper 80s to upper
90s. RH levels continue to remain above 40% daily. Patchy fog will
be possible in areas west of I-45 during the early morning hours.
Rain chances return on Sunday.
