.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
A strong surface ridge north of the islands will remain
stationary into Tuesday. The ridge will weaken and drift
southward Tuesday night through Thursday, leading to a
significant decrease in winds. The ridge will stall just north
of Kauai late Thursday and Friday, then lift northward on
Saturday.

.TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY...East winds 20 to 30 knots. Seas 5 to 9

feet at 14 to 15 seconds, and northwest 3 feet at 13 to 14
seconds. Scattered showers. Isolated thunderstorms windward waters
tonight.
