Runoff from recent rainfall is expected to cause river levels to rise rapidly on the Paint Rock River at Woodville. Although it is not expected to reach flood stage, some nuisance flooding of lowlands may still occur. If additional rainfall occurs, the river could still reach Flood Stage. The Paint Rock River at Woodville. * At 10:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 13.0 feet. * Action stage is 13.0 feet. * Flood stage is 15.0 feet. * Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.8 feet this evening. * Impact...At 14.0 feet...The Butler Bottom Lowlands near the river are flooded. High waters are approaching County Road 20 north of the town of Paint Rock.
