...BRIEF FUNNEL CLOUDS OR LANDSPOUTS ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS NORTHERN
GREENWOOD COUNTY THROUGH 600 PM CDT...

At 515 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms capable of producing a landspout over Madison, moving
northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Landspouts and wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds
         could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
         objects.

Locations impacted include...
Madison, Hamilton, Virgil, Thrall, and Eureka City Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office in Wichita.
