Specifically along and in the vicinity of Highway 52 from Scranton across Lake City to Cades. * WHEN...Until 930 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 729 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall from isolated thunderstorms may slow the receding waters. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
