...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT PORTIONS OF SOUTHWESTERN GRANT
AND OWEN COUNTIES THROUGH 445 PM EDT...

At 411 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 10 miles southeast
of New Castle, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to
         vegetation.

Locations impacted include...
Owenton, Corinth, Monterey, Gratz, Elk Lake, Beechwood, Harmony,
Natlee, Keefer, New Columbus, Needmore, Elmer Davis Lake, Holbrook,
and Lawrenceville.

This includes I-75 in Kentucky between mile markers 144 and 151.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM EDT for
northern Kentucky.
