Fire Weather Planning Forecast for the Southern Great Lakes
National Weather Service Northern Indiana
401 AM EDT Thu Jun 20 2024

.DISCUSSION...

Hot and humid air will remain over the area through Saturday. A
short break in the hot weather is expected Sunday and Monday before
the heat returns Tuesday. Low chances for mainly late afternoon and
evening storms will persist through Saturday. Given ongoing dry
conditions over much of the area, drying out of some fine fuels has
been occurring and is likely to continue away from the small areas
that received a wetting rain the past few days.
