Hot and humid conditions will develop Sunday and persist into the middle of next week with highs around 90 to 97 each day. Afternoon heat indices are expected to be 100 to 105 degrees most days. Overnight lows will offer no relief from the heat. Isolated afternoon thunderstorms are possible Tuesday and Wednesday, and then there are additional chances Friday.
