PAULDING AND VAN WERT COUNTIES THROUGH 1100 AM EDT...

At 1002 AM EDT, emergency management reported a strong outflow
boundary along a line extending from near Francesville to near
Culver to near North Manchester to near Monroeville. Movement was
southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Fort Wayne, Logansport, Huntington, New Haven, Peru, Van Wert,
Wabash, Bluffton, Decatur, Rochester, North Manchester, Monticello,
Ossian, Winamac, Grissom Afb, Monon, South Whitley, Monroeville,
Akron, and Andrews.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 469 between mile markers 0 and 19.
 Interstate 65 between mile markers 191 and 198.
 Interstate 69 in Indiana between mile markers 272 and 305.
