SOUTHWESTERN NEWTON AND SOUTHERN SCOTT COUNTIES THROUGH 345 PM CDT...

At 253 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Morton to near Homewood to Lawrence.
Movement was west at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Forest, Morton, Lake, Pulaski, and Homewood around 300 PM CDT.
  Pelahatchie around 305 PM CDT.
