Alligator Reef Light to the Florida Bay and in the SE Gulf from W to
T Tower will will move to the northwest to north at 10 to 15 knots.
Mariners encountering this activity may experience brief moderate to
heavy downpours that will reduce visibility below 3 miles, localized
wind gusts of 20 to 25 knots, and possibly a rare lightning strike.
