.NOW...
Through noon, widely scattered showers will track west to
northwestward at around 20 knots through the Straits of Florida,
across the Lower Keys, and into the southeast Gulf waters near the
Dry Tortugas. Mariners encountering the stronger portions of this
activity can expect wind gusts up to 25 to 30 knots and reduced
visibility in heavy rain. Any island locations that see any of these
passing showers may see anywhere from a tenth of an inch to a quarter
of an inch of rainfall, but this will depend on the strength of the
shower.
