Through 930 pm, scattered showers with one or two embedded
thunderstorms will track west to northwestward at around 20 knots
across the Florida Straits. This activity will be concentrated on
the outer straits west of the Lower Keys, as well as, well offshore
of the Upper Keys. The stronger activity will produce wind gusts near
30 knots, blinding downpours, and a rare lightning strike.
